About my work…
No matter what you do with your time and energy—run a business, work for a company, pursue other callings—you are a leader. Leadership, at its heart, is about relationships. And the most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself.
Showing up for change, whether you’ve chosen it or it has chosen you, is showing up for yourself. Change invites you to gain awareness about your thinking and expectations, dissolve adapted patterns that no longer support you, and reclaim trust as the foundation of your relationship with yourself.
When you accept this invitation—when you see change as an opportunity to practice authentic choice—you create shifts that radiate out into the relationships, connections, and communities in your life.

In serving clients, I seek first to shine a light on the blocks—the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings we have all accumulated that are now standing between us and all we truly desire.
As we work to dissolve those blocks, I guide you to embody a model of leadership that integrates mind and heart, honors self and others, and drives results through win-win thinking, effective communication, and conscious action.

My approach…
I possess genuine care and reverence for all on this human journey. Every single one of us is a unique, one-time event on this planet and I strive to bring the fullness of my gifts and talents to everything I do.
I’m intuitive and analytical all at once—seeing and connecting common threads and patterns while also applying an objective focus on data and facts. I enjoy working in the space where big-picture vision and small details meet, and I naturally create structure and order while also allowing for flow. (In another life I’m a professional organizer.)
As a true empath and deep listener (hello, INFJ!) I feel and hear you on another level. I’m also highly achievement-oriented (Enneagram 3) and value attainment in my own life and for those whom I support. No excuses, just results.
I will hold and support you when you’re in the narrow places as I guide you toward the next version of yourself and your vision.

My Story
On business travels in Silicon Valley in 2007, I made a choice that changed the course of my life.
Simply eating dinner at the hotel bar, I met my coach and mentor Dorothy Divack of Center of Excellence International. She radiated a presence and wisdom that was magnificent and captivating.
At the time, I was navigating the arrival of a new boss, a bull-in-the-china-shop-type COO who was really pushing my buttons. I decided I needed some support or I was going to resign from a job I otherwise loved. The rest, as they say, is history.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to learning coaching tools and methods through regular sessions with Dorothy and everyday application in my own life.
I rose above the fear mongering of the difficult boss. I gained awareness and began to break through self-defeating patterns of over-working to the point of burnout, creating overwhelm through perfectionism, and playing small by not expressing what I wanted or needed. I healed from personal betrayals and completed a marriage with as much grace as I could gather.
Today, I’m grateful for the transformation I’ve made and continue to make. Dorothy’s no longer here in form, but she definitely is in spirit! It’s my intention to carry her tools and methods forward and contribute to a legacy of love and service.

Business
I’ve been employed in the business world for over 17 years since completing an MBA, and I bring all of those experiences into supporting clients through my coaching work.
I’ve worked in everything from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies, mostly in healthcare and hospitality.
My business experience spans multiple functional areas including accounting, financial analysis, investor relations, sales, account management, and both organizational and talent development.
I’m adept at working with people from many walks of life, having been responsible for and traveled a national territory for over 8 years while leading a team of over 50 people.
Currently I'm serving in a C-level role, leading an internal financial team and cultivating relationships with existing and potential new business partners.

Coaching
I’ve been a consistent client, student, and practitioner of coaching for over 14 years, and I currently serve clients in multiple US states and European countries.
I continue to pursue learning and growth in the coaching space and in other areas of my life, knowing this will serve both me and my clients. Ever the student, I’m currently completing the Optimize Coach program to up-level my own life and expand the tool set I offer.
I’ve moved through lots of personal and professional transitions including culture-shock relocation, downsizing, resignation, promotions, stock-option events, divorce, health diagnoses, loss of loved ones, consciously entering and completing relationships, and more.
I’ve overcome many of my own adapted and self-limiting patterns of thinking and being, and I am committed to continuing this journey for the rest of my life.
